YES to your comment about brainstorming. I like to pace or take a step back from the screen when I get deep in thought or problem solving, but inertia. If I’m sitting, I tend to just keep on sitting, but if I’m already up, it’s easy to take a couple of steps around, and that’s often enough to get my brain-juices…
