@sgraff87: Depends on the vernacular. Some Westerners use 'otaku' specifically to refer to geeks who are particularly into anime, JRPGs, and other Japanese stuff, but not the complete obsession of a weeaboo.

Having read the last article, I think it's a friggin miracle that this game got a US release at all.
You know what? I think this is entirely justified. They removed a perfectly functional feature for no good reason, depriving customers of a portion of what they paid for. This could set a bad precedent if allowed to stand.
