Strike Witches ruined this genre for everyone.

It's probably an attempt to cash in on Lady Gaga. I hope she sues.

@enderx: The Powerpuff girl?

Everyone who compares anything positively to Twilight has never seen the movies, and only know 'sexy vampires sell tickets to fat girls'.

@Vajesticles: Honestly, I found that Days of Ruin was the only one I could take remotely seriously. Having teenagers and children leading armies makes more sense in a post-apocalyptic hellhole.

@madbassman39: A good Bible game could probably be along the lines of an adventure game. Less combat, more puzzle solving, trivia and interesting messages.

We're all gonna be quoting the original trilogy til the day we die.

Now that's impressive. Box art is one thing, but theming all the merchandising and ad material along the same lines is a good way to get people interested in the game. (or movie, TV show, etc)

To be honest, the vast majority of games have plots that would be considered trite and forgettable in any other media, and often bad writing, voice acting and jokes.

@GrimAlpha: ...holy crap. Cue insane tvtropes theories!

My DS lite is still working alright, though the touch screen calibration has seriously gone off on the right side. I dunno, maybe when it finally comes out here.

@QualityJeverage: As am I. I'm being sarcastic, not to mention hypocritical for expressing my love of Pokemon.

@YayMii: Trust me, as long as they can play Bomberman, they're happy.

I'm surprised that Zelda is so popular around here. I thought everyone was turned off by the cel shading, it's a kiddy franchise now. :P

@MattyMattMatt: Not for me! Besides, the Wii version of World of Goo is the only one with multiplayer; choke on that pirates.

Red Steel 2... maybe I will give it a go. Though the review doesn't mention anything about longevity. I'm sick of beating half my Wii games in one weekend.

Sounds like they need to make a Jedi Knight sequel that uses this engine.

Pretty lights!

@Point-3: Because we like pretty lights.
