I'm surprised that the 360's done as well in Japan as it has. The country's always been pretty insular and a foreign product never had much chance of success, but they seem to finally be catching on.

@SixTwoSixFour (aka Dangeresque): Yeah, Sega's output lately has been just plain weird. A lot of mature Wii titles (MadWorld, The Conduit, House of the Dead Overkill) and now mascot cash in games outta nowhere.

I love how people actually think this game will stop Sonic fans from whining obnoxiously. It's like expecting the sun to stop rising.

Sega seem to be as unpredictable as they are incompetent. I'll place no bets.

@Madness87: That's what we mean by a remake.

@bowen13: Yes. While the Mongols were active well after the birth of Christ.

@the7k: The kitsune is the most likely. You know why.

@tiberseptim: It's not talking to fish, it's mind controlling fish. Dude can set a Kraken on you.

Old fans would buy this by the bazillion, everyone else would wonder what the heck all the fuss is about.

@Neocorey: And considering Power Rangers music is the most badass music ever, it works.

@tiberseptim: Aquaman was never meant to be a joke character. He only became that through bad writing, like how Superman becomes boring through bad writing.

@Matarsak: And you need to read up on your Conan.

That bit with all the laser sights is totally a Robocop reference.

@gundaman: Poor Crash and Spyro, they have so much in common. Three good first games, then abandoned by their original devs and left to pump out endless crappy sequels that only furries like.

@Laronvas: I'm pretty damn short on RAM, that probably explains it.

@Erwin: There's no fun in that!

@shibbybypass: I don't know if it's my connection or video card or what, but the game seems to keep getting corrupted, increasingly laggy and eventually freezes.

The first three Spyro games were PS1 classics. And THE FRANCHISE ENDED THERE.

At least Australia only waits less than a fortnight instead of months this time.

@Underhyped: They've been saying that for fifteen years. :)
