As a man, I have a great idea.
If women would like to be heard more in the workplace, when one woman makes a point, the other women in the room should reiterate the idea and credit the initial speaker.

A GREAT POINT MADE BY MY COLLEAGUE STASSA and furthermore LET’S ALL LISTEN TO WHAT STASSA JUST SAID
As a 5'3" man, I don't see what the problem is.
Damn, now I actually feel pretty great about my account full of food and cat photos.
Not gonna lie...when we were interviewing potential tenants for our rental I snuck in a few of my own questions...like ‘How do you feel about the phrase ‘Live, Laugh, Love’ and ‘how do you feel about chalkboards?’ The tenants we have moving in next month said ‘What, those tacky things people put on their walls’ and I…
(Signed someone who has an awesome career and is single as fuck).
Why does that matter? I’m sure plenty of the people who run the Christian after school programs aren’t serious about their religion either, not to mention the kids who attend the programs.
...that’s the same line of thinking that’s like “women shouldn’t vote because it violates my Biblical beliefs.” No, fuckers. That’s not how it works. That’s not how any of this works.

“Maybe you should just try a teeny tiny bit to not express your thoughts in ways that actively hurt other people?”
For the first time in history, white men have to occasionally, just a tiny bit, think before they speak and be questioned about their words and beliefs. This is the “political correctness” everyone is whining about. How dare people that they’ve always been able to oppress, insult, laugh at, or dismiss demand respect…
“Political correctness” has existed as long as humans have. There have always been people you didn’t dare disrespect. The only difference now is, more people are demanding their rightful respect. Boo hoo.
You don’t have to be rich to do this. I work for the Federal Government and until this current paycheck I only made $42k/yr (now at $47k, yay promotion). My wife does not work outside the home, she stays at home with our 2 children (4.5 and 2). You can make it work, you just have to prioritize it, like everything…
Amazing how many idiots can take time off from their jobs to do stupid shit like this, then worry that illegal immigrants are going to steal those same jobs that they’re not doing.
Who says the US has a major and unaddressed mental health problem? (starts blowing a slide whistle and smashing head with frying pan)
