Yeah, that bugged me a lot too. Who would do that?

People would just not 100% it then. They’d do like 90-95%, then refund.
...lol? No, really, people who are playing the entire game and then getting a refund, *especially* if they claim to have liked the game, are bad people. It’s not as if they’re paying huge sums of money and getting a 2 hour game; Summer of ‘58 costs $9.
These people are shitty people, and all of your attempts to justify…
Given that Steam supports achievements, just let devs flag one as a point of no return.
It also amazes me that people are that shitty. Returning a game you beat and enjoyed sucks. I know you have to have systems in place to prevent that kind of abuse, but I wish people were just cool about it.
It amazes me that Valve can sit on a mountain of player metrics but be unable to fix this.
Maybe they could implement a system were a dev can flag their game as short so if a player were to 100% a game it would no longer be available for refund.
This always interests me...you reached out on a Saturday and gave them how long?
Can it deal with multi disk games? I want my kids to experience Civilization as it should be - everyone sharing one set of disks and swapping out as required.
