How does one track down a car when armed with nothing but the VIN?

So it turns out that the C4 was enough of a basket case to the point where the locking mechanism had somehow separated from the keyhole in the door handle to the point where I couldn’t actually unlock and open either door. It was at that point that I gave up and resolved to going back to square one.
The C4 Corvette has been my dream car for years to the point where I have an unofficial shrine to it.
Went on a vacation around New York and New England last week and brought a wheelswapped HW Odyssey with me. These are its adventures.

Today’s wacky car is a recently-obtained MBX Chrysler Atlantic Concept, part of Chrysler’s retro design concepts that came out in the mid to late 1990s.
