2008 Aero with 4 cyl? V6 came out in 2007. Good to hear you’re a happy camper with SAAB.

With years of renting probably over a hundred cars from all over the world the only issue I’ve had was in Salt Lake City, with Hertz, for returning a car with a little salt under the guards after a visit to Bonneville Speed Week. There was apparently $250 cleaning fee. I reversed out of the lot and went to a local car

Fail. This thing is dumb, I can just see what would happen in a slide, trying to grab the wheel for correction and getting air instead. And I like Tesla.

Thank you, I will remember this if I ever get to fly again.

Pretty much down to good luck, I’ve replaced $3000 clutch packs in cars with 30000 miles. Great when it’s working!

Maybe the big projected red stop sign could attract their attention in the dark.

Agreed the DSG is the better and quicker, but I am always waiting for the DSG to fail as they often do. Not a drama with warranty but later on it will be. As a former Audi salesperson I know the pain.

Is that a Tyre Pressure Monitor system?

US bought around 3100 200 series per year, in Australia we sell that number PER MONTH, so that’s why you aren’t getting them. Sahara in Oz sells at around US $110000, for the last few months of production there was no discount. Sales for the non twin turbo diesel may be another story. These things have the best resale.

Excellent time sapper. Found a NG 9-5. Looks a little grubby inside.

Are the crapdashians on your dream ship too?

Based on the blue car with the bow I don’t blame her for bawling!

Gee, I always thought it might be for carrying a really long skinny item, longer than the trailer itself, thus sticking it out the end. This is certainly plausible

Correct, I’ve not heard of this method, keen to know what type of car does this. I really can’t imagine Bentley would have this type of key. It costs me $400 for a replacement Camry key ...

That’s easy, you can’t trust the mongrels, they could go google on you or complain to your manager. Folk are precious these days. You can’t even help steer someone away from a dog because “you’re bagging the opposition”. Wah wah wah!

I did NYC to LA years ago via Niagara Falls, great run and would do it in a heartbeat again. A couple of years ago we drove LA to South Dakota, long run too.

Aussie, arch extensions mean 13 inch wheels. From memory 1969 was the big wheel introduction. The rail Moke in Tassie seems to have had smaller wheels retrofitted, probably to help with rail mods.

Even this would seem like luxury -

I’ll be back this afternoon...
