This makes no sense. I’ve never met a truck owner that gave a flying F about fuel economy. They’d drive a BRZ if they did. What do you have against trucks? Did one shake you down and take your lunch money when you were little?

I understand he’s american. I’m american too but I don’t try to speak for all of america. The sales numbers speak for themselves.

I think ford’s business is totally fine. I actually agree with the decision. But this does make me wonder... what’s going to happen with their WRC program???

If you want a car you can buy one from another brand. No need to be indignant and suggest you know more about Americans’ automotive needs than the Americans themselves.

My pet peeve is when people give me a hard time for driving a pick up. I no longer explain myself. I simply tell them country music sounds better in a pickup and watch them squirm with anger.

i’m pretty sure they do teeth implants for dogs. Some police and military dogs have titanium caps on their teeth for this exact reason. That’s just one more reason to not be a bad guy

No way- the 4th gen isn’t- or doesn’t need to be- that bad. We had an ‘04 with the 4.7L in the family that got ~20 MPG for all 270k miles we drove it. I don’t know of another naturally aspirated gasoline powered vehicle that is capable of towing 7,000 lbs and 20 MPG on the highway. It had low end torque for days and a

I used to do my truck every 5,000 miles but I’ve gotten lazy about it recently. My engine got a stellar report card from blackstone labs when i sent in a sample after 6,000 miles and they told me to run the same oil longer. I’ve been doing 12k-15k miles ever since and feel good about it.

That’s not a real gun. If it were a real gun they’d be wearing ear protection and eye protection, right? RIGHT?

I drive an ‘07 with the 5.4 and I don’t recommend it for any serious towing. Mine’s been fairly reliable but it feels gutless when towing, even when running a SCT livewire with custom tunes.

Ford Excursion with the 7.3L turbo diesel. It’s everything you like about a superduty with all the benefits of a van.
