Use science. Please.

@cynep: And yet, you look like more of a douche for caring so much.

Yes, but my Roku supports 5.1 according to the website. But I haven't seen ANY 5.1 content from Netflix to test the feature out. The content needs to have a 5.1 stream.

It feels criminal to say so, but in the defense of objectivity... McDonald's is.... right. You need a control and a diverse sample.

My informal guesstimation based on nothing but psychic intuition:

Wait... isn't that what religion does? Crafty, Mr. Benedict. Crafty.

@Caleb Buckley: They wouldn't be the "same" sprites though. They can't make something from nothing. Unless they downscaled their graphics from an original higher-res sprite (which they probably didn't) the graphics would have to be a new rendering or drawing. All-stars looked great though, so who cares if they

@NC: THANK YOU! I was just about to post the exact same sentiments.

It would be nice if we could upgrade the EVO to WP7. Is the limitation of that possibility mostly arbitrary?

@seanpat12: That is curious. Why not extend it to all HTC phones? It's competing with Android and can take top place if it lives up to the hype. I'd be interested in giving it a test-drive on my HTC EVO if it were possible. It's an attractive interface, possibly more attractive than my iPhone's.

@Icemael: Agreed. They should have included updates at least up to Super Mario 64 (with updated higher res textures, and the higher poly models if available) with enhanced graphics on the NES/SNES Mario games to resemble NMSB (but the capability to toggle new and old graphic modes)

@Kodros: Sure, I want a computer in my TV too, but I don't want to have to buy a new TV. People pay a lot for that kind of shit already.

I keep reading that people don't "get" this. What's so hard to get about it?

Will older AppleTV units still be able to play all of the content from the iTunes store?

@clickmyface: You just pulled an assumption out of your ass based on a very generic condemnation of blind faith. I have an Android (EVO) phone for work and an iPhone for personal use. I like the iPhone better for pretty subjective reasons. Yes, I dislike the idea that iPhone users tend to be characterized as

Even though a couple of posts have addressed it. It needs to be said again... Cronenberg's "eXistenZ."

@djslipside: I was just going to say that this reminded me of eXistenZ.

I don't understand all the hate toward the potential of WebP. So you're against making things better?
