I don’t see it being annoying really and it’s not as bad as you make it out to be. Also, I commute in LA traffic so I have a good idea on how it behaves in that situation...I actually sold my manual S4 to get back into a DCT

Just walking into a kia dealership alone is off putting. When I went to test drive one, it was rather an annoying experience being treated in an unfavorable manner. Ironically my experience walking into an Audi dealership was the exact opposite, actually being treated respectfully and ended up being a very pleasant…
It’ll be just like the plethora of manual mk 7.5 Rs sitting on dealer lots marked under msrp.
What, where in LA are you experiencing this? FYI, you’re not supposed to drive fast through parking lot exits...A lot of crossings and residential streets have purpose built dips in them to prevent drivers from speeding.
Pretty much this. I picked up new s3 that was sitting on the lot for around 200 days. They had 16 total sitting for awhile with 2 others specd exactly like mine. I went for the one that sat the longest of the 3 and during negotiation was able to get $7600 off sticker.
The biggest selling point of this app that I see is, real time GPS tracking service. When a client contracts a 3PL for doing loads, that means there’s back and forth on getting the current status of the truck. Yes, you can get tracking via EDI but there is still a delay. The way I see it is, this app will become the…
5th Gear: As someone who works for a 3PL, that is scary. If the app really takes off, it will put a lot of us out of business. Just the fact that it offers a true GPS tracking service embedded into the app is a shipper’s/customer’s wet dream.
I unknowingly ordered that it would be a case by case scenario and commented based off that fact. After you pointed out the Toyota FAQ, I did change my tune and explicitly said that my situation was most likely a special circumstance.
Really? Was I not clear, and you’re going to make your claim based off a FAQ directed towards the average consumer? I would believe someone I personally know that actually works for the company over someone that pulled a general FAQ and now thinks they’re qualified to make broad statements for the company. Do you…
To be clear, I have a friend who works for Toyota and was able to place an order on the vehicle for me. Perhaps since I know him, he was able to do this for me. If that was the case, then yes special ordering may not actually apply to the average consumer.
False, I had ordered a 4runner to the spec I wanted and would’ve been able to follow the build process to the time of delivery. It was not a waitlist for an allocated model that would be similar to my desired spec.
S3s are offered in Vegas Yellow, not a special order.
You have nothing better to do than be on this site all day everyday, huh
Just visited an Audi dealer for a new S3, I was able to get the them down to 12% off MSRP for it. I think they are getting desperate especially for cars they have sitting on the lot for over 100 days.
It’s a hot hatchover
But does anyone remember how bad OEM+ was though? lol
Don’t forget, new VWs now come with a 6 year warranty
Michael Sexton was a co-founder but Trump University was owned by the Trump Organization. Who owns the Trump Organization you say? Donald J. Trump.
Wait what? So you’re saying his failed steak and university businesses aren’t facts or the fact that his companies have declared bankruptcy? Turn off fox news please.
A take of this in LA:
