Not when other cars cut in front of you as soon as you leave enough space to creep along in first gear. Just makes you have to come to a complete stop and the vicious cycle starts again.

As a former owner of a mk6 GTI, I never noticed this delay you speak of. Then again my TCU was flashed.
Commuting in LA traffic does not leave me yearning for a manual. My s4 sits most of the time just because the majority of my driving involves sitting in traffic for 1+ hours.
Commuting in LA traffic to and from work puts manual trans well down the list for me. I’m already contemplating selling my current manual car and get back into an auto
Looking at that front end, the first thing that comes to mind is a tree frog.
I second this.
These are probably the same people that leave the 59fifty stickers on their hats too.
As someone who worked in the wheel industry, this is a horrific combo to see.
Basically my problem if I ever want to get into one. Asking prices in the SoCal area are astronomical even for high mileage salvage title models.
Why wait? Here you go
I’ve been wanting one of these for years but there’s no way I can justify paying $10k for a 200k+ mile e36, or sub 100k mile models going for $15k+ which is what most are going for in my area...I picked up a b5 s4 instead lmao.
unless he doesn’t the have room for another car...
Hits me right in the b5 s4 feels.
If that’s the case then it makes sense. I guess the wording is not comprehending with me very well.
Well yea...it’s a base golf taking corners much harder than what it’s purposed for. I still don’t see how this is a valid comparison. You should’ve compared it to a regular veloster or a GTI at the least.
Which cars being manufactured right now are being built to two different standards? Your argument is extremely weak and provides no factual information to back it up.
Small companies/single drivers are typically the ones that go for them compared to bigger shipping companies like ABF, SAIA, R&L, etc...
I’m just appreciating the days I have with my b5 s4 until something breaks, and more than likely it will result in me having to pull the motor. yay.
Thanks, now I need to go watch vids with that glorious exhaust note.
I too live in LA and do about 25k per year.
