He’s not wrong. At the end of the day, they are all dubbed in a way. And I don’t feel like reading subtitles on a cartoon. And I often even prefer our own voice actors to the originals. 

You realize that you need to clarify which “Ronaldo” you mean, right? I only knew which one you meant when you then had the little aside about Messi. Cristiano Ronaldo. Not Ronaldo de Lima. Got. it. Goat it.

In Spain the show was called “Campeones” (champions), and the main character’s name was Oliver Atom and his main foil was goalkeeper Benji Price. The theme song was about Oliver and Benji and most people still refer to the show as Oliver y Benji more than to Campeones.

For many of us, the name “Captain Tsubasa” means nothing. It will always be “Campeones” and the characters will forever be Oliver and Benji.

Sonic and Sega All Stars racing series is one of the most underrated games of its generation. Arguably better than Mario Kart in many different ways. So much fun.

James Van Der Beek playing himself in that show is downright amazing. I found him annoying in all of his previous roles, but he redeemed himself forever with his role in Don’t Trust The Bitch in Apartment 23. Comic genius.  

As a gamer, having experienced the freedom that comes from inhabiting a video game character and world, I cannot imagine how much more it would mean to someone who cannot run or jump in real life. This is so great.

This is really really awesome. It is great to see Microsoft do the right thing just for the sake of doing the right thing. There is no financial gain to be gotten from this really and I think you’d have to be pretty cynical to think that they put all this time and money into doing this for publicity’s sake.
