Matt Holliday’s empathy and compassion has made him go way up in my esteem. With so many athletes being nothing but assholes, seeing one of them display honest humanity in a moment of tragedy is touching and refreshing.

Yeah, I’ve given up on playing these kinds of games altogether since having a kid. I’ve even struggled with games that are long and have extensive stories that involve a lot of time invested to bring them to fruition. Or very complex, deep game-play that I will inevitably forget if I don’t get to pick up my controller…
