These sound pretty cool. Of course these could be combined into Wild West Lovecraft Steampunk. Of course I think they have sort of already covered Lovecraft with the cthulhu-like reapers in ME.

I am a big fan of my Kindle. After checking out all the options and stressing over whether I would like it or not (the whole no functional demo units thing really disappointed me) I took the plunge and got one early this year and I love it. It is my favorite gadget since the iPod.

I hope someone installed a decent UPS as well.

Of course orphan's have birth parents while clones, like Chell, do not. This was the joke. Unless this man's adopted child was grown in a vat somewhere then the joke has nothing to do with her.

So better question, what do those of us who have PSN accounts but don't have PS3's or PSP's do?

This game was decent but it had some issues that prevented me from getting into it. I forget what those issues were (maybe no southpaw layout? can't remember if I had trained myself away from using southpaw yet when this came out) but I do remember thinking the game was one of those close but no cigar games. I am down

Matthew deserves a pass on this one because Apple has advertised OS X as having a UNIX core. To most users there is no difference between being UNIX and being UNIX-like.

"Still, the numbers are somewhat discouraging."

I wouldn't mind seeing more Splinter Cell but I would like to see them either switch to a different main character or take it back in time to play as a younger Sam Fisher. I seem to remember a line in Chaos Theory about him laying in a ditch outside of Baghdad painting targets for Nighthawks during the first gulf war.

I'm all for video game novelizations, but Minecraft? Really? I've read some bad ones (Halo: The Flood) and I've read some good ones (Halo: The Fall of Reach) and I've read a few really good ones (the Myst series), but I can't even stomach the idea of reading a Minecraft novel and I happen to really enjoy Minecraft

Could have been worse. She could have been on Cam4.

The hack really hasn't changed my opinion of Sony as much as it has confirmed it. They were once one of the best consumer electronic companies in the world but now they are just arrogant from past victories and their once legendary quality had given way to mostly half-assed attempts to remain on the top of the heap.

The newest Mario game I have played (for any real amount of time) is Mario 64 but I want to play one with this guy in it.

I think it was an older game than Jedi Knight 2 because I have been trying to remember what it was for years and I didn't make it very far into Jedi Knight 2 before I lost interest. Also I don't think you played as a Jedi. Seems like it was just an FPS or 3rdPS. Might have been on PC because if I had played it on

Yea but I have heard that the story in the second one picks up right where the first one left off with no recapping or anything. One of the guys on RebelFM was talking about this and how he never played the first game and had no idea what was going on while playing the press build of this one.

Forgot to mention the slow down that slowly gets worse over time. I've seen this on others iPhones and personally on my iPod Touch. For some reason over time the device gets slower and slower until it is nearly unusable. Restarting helps for a bit but not more than a day or so. Because of this I undid the jailbreak

You didn't finish the game then. Mass Effect 2 starts on disc 1 then you swap to disc 2 for most of the game then you swap back to disc 1 for the final mission. It wasn't terrible but it could have been better.

I don't think we will see the end of the physical media in the next gen but I would love to see them move away from optical discs to flash media. The move to flash could speed up load times and make for a more flexible delivery format. Depending on the size of the game there are flash memory designs that offer sizes

Disc swapping is really annoying on a system where this doesn't have to be an issue. I wish they would make it so that I can install the game to the HDD (which I always do anyway) and then play the whole game with just disc 1 in the drive. Forza 3 sort of did something like this with its optional cars and tracks. This

I've been trying to figure out what one Star Wars game that I played was for a while now. It featured a level where it was constantly raining acid or something so you had to rush through outdoor areas quickly. I think it was on PSone.
