I have more than a few games in my backlog but most of them are pre-2010 I think. I finally got around to playing the 2008 version of Prince of Persia (I really liked it and loved the art style) and I have been trying to polish off the achievements for The Force Unleashed lately (getting in the mood for the sequel).

LOL. While I have to say that my biggest video game related wish is to see Nintendo leave the hardware market (IMHO the Super Nintendo was the last piece of hardware they made that is worth owning) and just makes games for other platforms I just can't see this one happening.

I don't have any interest in the episodic version of Fable 3 but if they were to release the whole game via Games On Demand on the same day as the retail release I would be tempted to get it that way.

@Horusz: Well then that is a change from their past practice of using 6 bit TN LCDs on all but the top of the line iMacs. If you look it up they have been guilty of doing this on models released through 2008 if not 2009 as well.

I think Deus Ex 3 is probably at the top of my list right now even without having seen any in game footage but Fallout: New Vegas is a pretty close second. Castlevania: Harmony of Despair looks pretty sweet and Lords of Shadows looks like a decent God of War style game. Rage still looks very interesting. Bulletstorm

@weirdphil: The internet connection has nothing to do with it. In fact to use this exploit you have to disconnect from Xbox Live since the Xbox automatically fixes the time when you are signed in.

The first Fable also has an infinite money exploit you could take advantage of. As soon as you got to the first real shop in the game (i.e. the ones outside of the Hero's Guild) you could buy up its supply of cheap items like Apples or Apple Pies and turn right around and sell them back to the vendor for more than you

While I love the Mac OS I am not big on the iMac's as a product. Apple often uses lower quality displays that have a much narrower color gamut than what they use in their real displays. Sadly the iMac is the only mid-range computer they make anymore and the only computer they make beside the Mac Pro that is decent for

@Bill Clinton: I agree 100% with the "Meh" part.

Wow that just looks like shit.

I always thought that there were some good ideas in Jurassic Park: Trespasser even if that game wasn't very good. I would love to see an open world first person Jurassic Park game were your main objective is to survive and escape the island alive.

I might be down for an XBLA version of Harvest Moon. If I remember it correctly the SNES one was kind of fun.

WTF!?!?! No Soul Reaver on the swords list? That list is a fail because some of them aren't even swords (Dagger of Time and Blades of Chaos).

Change the default Wireless Channel is one of the biggest wireless tips I can share. Almost everyone just sticks with the default. Use a wireless signal utility (like KisMac for Mac OS X) to see what channels are being used around you and select one of the free ones.

My biggest complaint so far is that I can't read the text that pops up in the upper-left hand corner of the screen on my SDTV. I know, I know I should get HD and I would love to but I can't afford a decent one and would rather make due with my SDTV until I can (and for an SDTV mine is a really nice one).

@LedRush: Yes you should consider it. I was lukewarm at best on GTA4 and have barely touch it since a week or so after it came out. I'm only a few hours in but so far I am loving Red Dead Redemption. This game might have lots of similarities to GTA4 but it is by a different Rockstar team and is in no way just GTA4

I will nominate two contenders (both of which are also competing for my favorite game of all time). Both are SNES games made by Nintendo. In no particular order I say Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past or Super Metroid. Both games perfectly captured the spirit of the original while catapulting them to IMHO the
