Just started in on Darksiders a few days ago so I will spend some more time with it.

I really liked Black. It reminded me a lot of Goldeneye 007. Just about every gun was fun to shoot. Sadly it was lacking multiplayer which is pretty much the opposite of my normal opinion.

This is odd because I was thinking just a few days ago that Akira could make a decent live action movie if done right. Just need to get Weta to do the CG at the same level of quality they did in Avatar.

I love demos and many demos have gotten me to buy a game. For instance the Dragon Quest 8 demo got me to buy that game when I had almost zero interest in it before. I am wondering how is this integrated into the game? Will these new tracks show up when racing the seasons or events or do you have to choose them in the other modes? Do they add any new achievements to the game?

@Kobun: Actually Forza 3 works really well without it in lots of cars because you can read the speedo on the dash. I wish you could customize the HUD in Forza 3 more though. I have been wondering what the status of the XBLA version of this game is. Oh and for the people wondering why I don't just play it on my computer: I have but it doesn't run in widescreen and it crashes all the time. Both these issues are very annoying. So they hate the used game market but the strange irony here is that they are also supporting GameStop by offering bonus content to people who preorder at GameStop. Seems oddly schizophrenic since GameStop is really the only seller of used games large enough to really affect their bottom-line.

Getting people to wear goofy goggles during an hour and a half long movie is one thing but getting them to wear them during a 10-20 hour video game is another.
