Really striking right? I forget that people think like this when I’m outside of my bubble of the DC-metro area.
Another Ohio voter, a retired steelworker named John Melody, put a finer point on it: “I thought the girl just wanted the job because she wanted to be the boss, that’s all,” he said.
You’re faking your outrage
sounds like you’re the guy who got mad reading this, guy who’s mad.
All of that is more BS.
What is special is how Tesla/The Boring Company is working to drastically reduce the time and money it takes to build the tunnels.
I pointed out previously the charade that is the Boring Company. All they’ve done is to buy a small used tunnel boring machine and dig a tunnel that is too small to be useful or safe. The tunnels that they’ve dug don’t have a walkway, emergency exits, fire protection, ventilation to handle smoke during a fire, etc.
You ever meet someone who thinks their every thought is gold, GOLD I TELL YOU? Then, when it isn’t they somehow pivot it into some other idea that is gold, the train repeats until eventually something trivial comes of it and they claim success.
I actually really enjoyed Danger Island! That street landing sequence is forking priceless!
It’s fascinating (and revolting) how they’ve managed to co-opt the language of feminism in order to advance misogyny. Honestly, I loved the coma seasons. It was a great way to take characters that I liked a lot and putting them into scenarios that just wouldn’t have fit in the context of the world that they inhabited. It was a good way for the writers to stretch creatively and give themselves a break from needing to come up with a…
David, have you considered therapy?
Obligatory
I had targeted ads once.
It’ll be used primarily to deliver targeted ads to you depending on where you are in a store.
Omg, yes. As a young and sad and very closeted gay, I felt very seen even though I’m positive that I wasn’t actually the intended audience.
this was like when W made a big deal about how he carefully reviewed all requests for clemency and stays of execution while governor, which meant that he read a one page brief about the case that someone placed in a folder on his desk, thought about it for a few minutes and then made a decision.
“When I write an opinion resolving a case, I read every word from the perspective of the losing party. I ask myself how would I view the decision if one of my children was the party I was ruling against.”
If it’s the fucking Changli I will burn this website to the ground
