Lots of simple things, grilled chicken, spaghetti, sandwiches, hamburger helper or jambalaya from a box. Anything under 30 with minimal work. Add in food delivery and frozen items 2-3 times a week.

Oh, for sure... it’s my priorities that are at question here... would I rather be following a recipe or playing with the kids? or finishing that one thing I’ve been trying to finish for a week? lulz
