Stef has the correct answer. My dad kept the vehicles that made him happy and I’m better for it. Now that I’m a dad, I’ve had several impractical vehicles myself and have never thought twice.

I live in the midwest... Yes, this is still an issue. Just as the article points out... a portion (not all, but lots) of farmland is right against cities and will be swallowed up. My moms subdivision was literally built on top of farm land. Happens a lot right now in the areas north of Denver.
