That bill sucks. We need to get universal background checks, something to catch straw buyers. If the government can prove your a terrorist, we already have laws about that they could enforce.

Well, it’s polarizing perpectives like this that ensure nothing ever gets done. Most gun owners like myself believe in stricter control, but you’ll never win thier support this way. (And your perspective is the minority, you need the help)

Neither are guns. But I do hope we can find reasonable compromise, as guns do need stricter controls.

There are lots of great cops. The bad ones kill regularly, what makes you think blowing positive means anything to them? Later, is thier word against yours about the number on that device.

ALWAYS refuse the breathalyzer. Get the blood test at the station. It won’t save you, but it can be retested later if there is a dispute. With a breathalyzer, its the officers word what the device said.

I had a friend in HS who shorted battery terminals with a ratchet taking a terminal off. Melted a ring to his hand, took surgery to remove and never got full movement back on that finger.
