So what happens when a police officer takes the phone and it “accidentally” triggers face detection on the suspect and it happens to unlock itself....are they saying that the phone, in an unlocked state, cannot be used as evidence?

I know it would have been kind of counterproductive and going against their own streaming media service, but I would have loved for them to have added cablecard support. It would have been a great gateway device to converting cable users over to more streaming services.
