Are you arguing that transgender people don't exist? It's just a social construct?

I think your presumption that determining sex is a "rigorous" distinction that is easily applied is quite flawed. In fact, that's really the whole point. Neither sex nor gender are that easily defined for everyone.

I would have gone with the 'ecstasy/possession' scene in The Witch. Very Chilling.

They're machines, but they're machines that are built to bleed to death if given the chance.

Seriously, like what the hell happened to Sue this season?

Mammoth! think big!

I was trying not to say something, but yeah, obviously the Green Trial, or green something.

Now we're talkin

yeah, I think trying to come up with literal rules of how face swapping works is a lost cause. It's magic! and that's fine, cause this is a fantasy.

OMG Hot Pie is in on it!!!!

We have a newbie thread, an experts thread, and now we need a separate 'over it' thread, for all those who show up every week to complain how this show has sucked for the past three seasons.

not sure how they backed themselves into a corner. They could have put up a 'some weeks later…' on screen. But we're smart enough to figure that out.

yeah, there may be something like that. She seemed less mournful or shocked at Tommen's death. She knew it was coming, in a way she's probably already dealt with it.

The scene with the ships is the last thing to happen in the episode, rather than a continuity error, showing Varys on the ship is an indication of passing time, not a disregard of it.

You are incredibly wrong on this point. Just because Mr McShane called it 'tits & dragons', that does not accurately describe it's reception. It's a huge production and has already made television history, even if you just don't care for it anymore.

I'd say it's less sloppy, and more just unnecessary to explain all the ins and outs of how it works. There's obviously some magic involved either way.

Hasn't she even specifically said that she'd rather burn the city to the ground then.. let something happen to her children? or something like that?

Maybe. After some quick googling it appears that's the case. Not sure if that was explicit in the show or not. Oh well. Anyway, Dany + Jon = Forever. Why the hell not.

Making iPhones?

So much happened, I forgot how glad I was to see Pycelle go.
