I'll agree with what lazy.Lemming said, Forza is the most accessible of the lot, the first race is at a basic difficulty where the braking is controlled for you, driving line on, and assisted steering. And the entire game can be played that way if you choose.

I've been using Win8 for the last few days as well and really want to get my hands on a touch screen to properly try it out, but everything on it is well done.
