I play a lot and I’ve never personally seen anything close to that egregious, moreover anything that’s even borderline uncomfortable is called out and dealt with. Sure, my social circles could be the exception, but I’d guess that they’re the norm.  Do those people exist? Yes. Are they the majority? No.

GamerGate is a vocal minority. Most people who play just want to have fun and use their imagination. Yes there are assholes out there but don’t let them for one second think they’re the majority.

You might find this interesting. I get that it’s funny, but the guy was really close in a lot of the questions, I assume the pressure got to him in that round.

He replied to a reddit thread (and has a twitter post) about that day’s jeopardy game and apparently had 70+ hours in skyrim but just  had a brain fart. I know everyone lambasts these players from the ease of their couch, but actually being on the show puts a lot of pressure to answer correctly.
