Unfortunately yeah, it comes with first print one copies only. Square Enix worried about sales of Type-0 no doubt. I don't mind, I've been waiting for Type-0 for years. The recently announced Dissidia is also giving me chills, though that may be a bit away.

Pre-ordered the Order months ago at a huge discount but haven't heard anything from Best Buy since. Depending on how this turns out, I might just ask for my money back and wait for the game to hit $20.

Stun seems to be the only consistently useful things to use on enemies so the plague doctor is a must. Cheesing the game is quite dull and probably leads to me dropping the game after a few runs but I just couldn't beat any of the dungeons at all before that. At least this way I feel like I'm making progress.

Darkest Dungeon loves me, Darkest Dungeon loves me not.

Yeah, though I would say modern BioWare in general, as the weekly comment roundup always has at least one person playing either Mass Effect 2/3 or a Dragon Age game. I think part of the reason I still remember who half the characters are is because I see their names on a weekly basis.

Specifically the ensemble?

My biggest problem with rogue-like lights, I want to enjoy the setting but the mechanics keep getting in the way. Sunless Sea looks gorgeous but I know I would spend an equal amount of time yelling at it as I would getting sucked into it.

Eh, I rolled my eyes way more during P4's boring plot and more "out
there" characters, despite the fact the game is an improvement in every
other regard. Something incredibly contrived about having a pop star and a wunderkind detective joining your school, even if they are only there to fill in/subvert cliched anime

That might explain it, I did recall seeing an Alien version of Legendary which first tipped me off that there might be more to it than Marvel.

I love me some deck builders, but I've only had the chance to play Legendary: Marvel. Got my ass handed to me but it was a good time. I honestly didn't know there was a base game of Legendary, I just assumed it was the Marvel deck-building game.

Fortunately, this seems to be the new standard, as The Golden let you just "be friends" as well. Though given how much it matters to the narrative, you may as well just be friends with all of them.

I'm looking for high end, mostly. The Witcher 3 dropped its specs today and I want a comfortable cushion to run that game well. The hardest part is I'm starting from scratch.

Super looking forward to this, just waiting for a sub-$20 price point. Though part of me wants to hold off buying more PC games until I have saved enough to build a new PC.

2015 was always lined up to be a better year than 2014 and that was only cemented with many games moving from 2014 to 2015 (Like Batman listed above). 2014 was that first, awkward year for both consoles except for the Wii U, which was in its second and had a much better year.

A great list, though I guarantee a few of these things won't make the 2015 cut. As much as I want to play it, Silent Hills is not coming out this year. Torment, I'm pretty sure, was confirmed for 2016 as well.

Deadly Premonition only made "Best of" lists when it's cult status had grown on a platform much more successful than the one at a time. The sad part is the Xbone is going to be the thing holding that game back from doing the same.

Always like seeing GAFfers outside of GAF. Will throw my votes down.

I was going to list NaissanceE as the soundtrack was immaculate, but it turns out it was preexisting music used for the game. Still immaculate, just not original.

While I don't think it was one of the best movies of the year, I mostly agree. For me, the Raid 2 could have so easily been "same shit, different building" but they went all out and made a crime epic out of it. Not a particularly cerebral one, but given it was mostly an action movie anyways it didn't really need to be.

Killer7 is still to this day my favorite use of cel-shading. Just adds more to the absolute craziness of the setting.
