I have all the games in the series (and I have beaten all but the first 100%) its a great series, I’m waiting for Risky´s campaign on the Wii U (wich is the system I chose for my kickstarted copy.

That would also mean that Nintendo has another 10 franchises they rather publish, it also doesnt help that the series sufered “death of the autor” with OtherM and now there is no team interested in doing the nest game.

How is the music Artzest (previously Artoon) the developer, is TERRIBLE with the music on their games?

I own both versions, but Nintendo should had keep this a Wii U exclusive, releasing on both just made the Wii U less enticing as many people had enough with the 3DS (or at least release the 3DS version later).

If the best-rated episodes didn’t had Ash, maybe they should drop ash from the series. As I see this upcoming season, they could had just used a brand new protagonist with a Pikachu, I see few reasons to keep Ash.

The entire Prime trilogy together sold less than Donkey Kong Country Returns. It has little to do with the cuality of the titles, even the GBA and Prime games sold at the best just decent.

Metroid does fine internationally, but it is not a huge seller, I would think its more of a critics favorite. When even Mario Party, Crash Bandicoot or frogger have sold more than the Metroid you know why is not on that interested in making more traditional games in the series.

Play Mario and Luigi, I suggest you the first or the third. the first is in the WiiU VC was for the GBA the third was for the DS might later come for the VC to but you might find the card for the DS still.
