You need broadcasting software, Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) is free and pretty good. You need a capture card of some sort as well as a mic and camera. I would highly recommend a true stand alone microphone, not just your headset, the quality is massively different. A green screen would be nice too.

Really depends on your tastes, for me this isn't a very good deal. I don't think it's a bad value though, for those who want to play EA's back catalogue. There aren't really that many EA games I like, and the ones I do like are so old I can buy them for $5 or less.

This is exactly how it goes. I use the Dual Shock 4 almost exclusively for PS3 games, now I can't find the Start button when I have to use my Dual Shock 3.
