Yeah but this is makeup in her case. She's already demonstrated it. She makes it symmetrical herself. You can even notice in some photos she's covered different areas of her skin. She's just being creative and it's really cool.

Apparently in Mexico it is 12. We don't have any real science to say what exact age is appropriate (although I think 12 is definitely under that line since not all 12 year olds have even hit puberty yet).
