I would have to guess that more than 95% of Lyft/Uber drivers do not have proper commercial insurance and instead are just driving on personal insurance... or have no insurance at all.
Hot take: maybe third parties in the United States would be taken more seriously if they didn’t nominate total fucking clowns.
You’re shocked that Toyota people don’t act like Elon Musk?
I am SHOCKED that they didn’t take the opportunity to say that the car has AI=powered shifting. Yet happy they resisted the temptation to use the buzzword du jour.
I’m sure the car is semi-decemt, but I’m excited to actually be able to see the comments again. Hell, even the back half of the articles is nice to see.
The Kappas won SCCA autocross class championships and were regularly competitive. You don’t see many because they were only sold for 4-5 years before GM killed the brands, and don’t have the aftermarket support the Miatas have after 30 years of being in the market.
But none of those claims to be totally automated, nor do they have names that make users think they are.
I hate to say it, but $100k is the new $75k. Cars generally have gotten more expensive across the board, especially performance cars. I think a better way to look at Corvette prices is to compare them to their competitors of the time. For example:
That’s only when black athletes make public statements about social issues.
As the oldest person to ever run for President, he really needs to quit the race. He never was competent to be President, but now he’s incompetent AND senile.
How are you doing? It’s amazing. It’s so amazing. We should send you into, I’ve always said get some of these guys. I have a lot of friends in that world. I don’t know. I think, isn’t Roger Penske, like, a great guy? The guy won 20 Indianapolis 500s. This guy (pointing to Childress) wins all the time. I mean, we…
Taking Musk/Trump out of the equation, exactly what values was he trying to project with a Cybertruck to begin with?
I can say, as one data point, that I had been considering buying a Tesla, but given what a piece of crap Musk has turned into, I wouldn’t be caught dead in one of his cars.
We barely even hear enough from other automaker CEO’s to form an opinion on them as people, but Musk continuously insists upon showing his ass 24/7.
Well, there is the timeline where the criminal Trump and that clown Vance win. Let’s hope it’s not this one.
I just can’t help but think that if Elon had focused on building an affordable EV for the masses, actually promoted a green agenda, supported the politicians and buyers that see the value in EVs, and built out a for-profit nationwide charging network for all, man... Tesla would absolutely OWN the EV market and the…
The heavily-distressed saddle leather would look good on a traditional bench seat in a hot rod or pre-1955 truck. Putting it on modern seats, with diamond stitching and random black panels, just doesn’t work. It’s like their mood board was “cyberpunk Wild West whorehouse.” The styles just don’t mesh.
It’s bizarre, if anyone poorer lied this much they’d get called a con artist but for him it’s “marketing”
“Elon Musk says whatever he can to get you to keep talking about him. Free marketing plan works like a charm for the 675,000th time.”
