If it can be the answer, it should be. It cannot, in this instance.

Corsair.

I may not be making friends in suggesting...

“You seem to be up on this sort of thing”

Yeh, Boston doesn’t really sound like than anymore. And coastal Maine doesn’t have much of a ‘down-east’ accent anymore either. Blame television for homogenizing regional accents.

“Set in 1992, the series posits Ward as an outsider from Brooklyn brought in to serve on the real-life St. Clair Commission, an investigation into the Boston police department spurred on by the Charles Stuart debacle. (Stuart was a white man who murdered his pregnant wife and told the police that the killer was

They’re trying with the accents. Wicked hard.

That’s why we have the rhyme, Skipskatte:

I want Luck, but this time the horses get to ride the people.

Lily Keene- who played 16 year old Sofia (remember Bree was older than her character in the series) was really responsive on twitter last night. She told us stories from the set and thanked everyone for the kind words.

An incredible ending. I honestly have no notes for this. I did wonder something, did anybody catch any reference as to what happened to Silas Adams? I know Titus Welliver couldn’t do to film because of scheduling conflicts, but unlike Cy Tolliver, they never seemed to reference his absence here.

I grinned all the way through it. I have not one bad thing to say about this film except to say that I wish there were more. I kept stopping and repeating scenes just for the joy of it.  I can finally watch the last two episodes of the final season without distaste.

I smiled like a cocksuckin’ hooplehead when I saw who the minister was

Woo! Feed that fuck to the pigs!

Do we not give A’s anymore? This is the genuine A+ motherfucking article you cocksuckers!

Honestly that’s one of the less unrealistic parts of this show. The real life MI6 is mostly nerds, not superspies.

I don’t think V wants Eve to be a “scared” “mess.” She just completely misread her. She thinks they are the same, that Eve wants to kill and just needs a little motivation. V wants Eve to feel empowered (as much as her controlling psychopathic self can). “You made us safe,” she says.

Five minutes in, I was laughing so hard I had to pause to catch my breath.
Is it any more than an excuse for 30 minutes of ridiculous jokes? No, but it’s a damn FUNNY 30 minutes. That should be enough, honestly.

Incorrect. This was a complete surprise out of nowhere. A+.
