My mistske
According to this episode theyre public again after the signing of the Accords.
Kind of supports my point. The movie storylines have moved on from SHIELD related activities. Winter Soldier started the process and Civil War finished it. If it was going to be a major player in the movies Infinity War, Black Panther etc there is no way the Director has this type of role on AoS.
Seems to me that using AoS to introduce a new Director of SHIELD basically confirms that its existence on the movie side is all but done. If the role of SHIELD was as important as it was in the first 2 phases I definitely think the actor would have been introduced in a movie.
Personally I think its a good thing for…
You're opinion is respected as well. Thanks. All things aside I do plan on checking out the show and hopefully its good.
The mantra of the show and the fans were 6 seasons and a movie so him doing it because it was time is BS to me. The show was barely holding on and the cast dynamic was its strength, with Troy and Abed's friendship right in the middle of it.
Like I said I partly blame him. Chevy and NBC played their part too but…
For me, he has this "Im depressed and that makes me deep, so take me seriously" way about him. It feels forced considering we've seen another side of him through stand up and Community. He is genuinely talented but I still hold him partly responsible for breaking up one of the best ensembles in TV history.
Heath Slater's home visit made me think of My Name is Earl and Raising Hope. I miss those shows.
She still with Baby Franco? That doesnt work for me. Ill guess ill watch, but only if Annies Boobs shows up.
Ok so what's your point? Given the evidence against him he deserved to be charged, even if he got away. He wasnt being screwed by the system.
I should correct myself you said his mistake was forgetting his jacket and keys. Yes, thats a big mistake, but it doesnt ensure his freedom. He still panicked and maybe they dont find him right away but there was still enough to connect him to her that night, and he is likely arrested later. Even if they look into…
I think this was a show about perception. About how each person's part in Nas' case gave them a different view and how they all affected him. The writers wanted us to feel that affect too. We wanted Nas to be exonerated but were at the mercy of all the other players that didnt have all the info like we (and Nas)…
Im not going to repeat myself so you can read my above points again if you were confused. Short version its his fault he was arrested, and bail was certainly possible for a man with no priors if he hadnt panicked. There's a difference between bad choices and irresponsible ones. He would have spent a weekend in jail…
No, call 911 and say there's a dead body. After that say nothing. If they arrest you, say nothing, and lawyer up. No cut on hand, no knife and drugs in pocket, no unbelievable story, no resisting arrest etc., they would have a lot less to work with at arraignment which would warrant bail.
Yeah looking back, the way they showed his hands, it was probably a sign that he was in need of a fix. Considering their supply had gone dry after their mule's son killed himself it makes sense that way.
Yes they could've implied that he was still charged with the minor crimes but for the sake of narrative all that mattered was the murder. Real life, of course, you're right.
The major thing that stands out for me with this story is that while most feel like Nas was screwed by the judicial system, in the end, he was saved by it. His actions before and after Andrea's murder lead to his incarceration and refusal of bail, not the police and courts. Had he used his head he may been home on…
Maybe a mistrial but not a hung jury. She wasnt gonna get a plea and her boss wont want to waste money on a high profile for a 2nd time. Also she had the new lead in Ray to run with.
I assume she was worried for Nas' safety.
No doubt. We all knew he'd get back in. I always assumed by Lobos' hand, so I guess this changes the dynamic a bit.
