I never even implied Sterling didn't have rights. I simply think it is irrational for a man near the end of his life to leave a huge amount of money on the table to get involved in a messy drawn out legal battle. Take the money and enjoy what little time you have left.

Probably not. But that I was my point, my point was that he was walking away from a huge payday over a comparably tiny amount, which in my book is irrational. I am not really interested in arguing about govt tax, this is a sport blog.
