The Towson Store is using the term “profit-sharing” to cover tipping so in a manner to separate it from hourly/salaried pay. The Federal tax rate is 22% on bonus pay, but if Apple were to include it as regular pay most hourly workers would pay a lower rate.

Bloomberg is reporting that Biden will be imposing a 102% tariff on Chinese EVs. Simply to protect domestic manufacturers who don’t want cheap EVs flooding the market and collapsing their market share.

“Profit Sharing Bonus Structure” - They are asking to accept tips from customers without being fired. As if tipping culture isn’t nuts already, they’re asking for the payment system to have 3-5% options. Imagine tipping $25 on your iPad purchase?!

These are just the headphones companies willing to offer “Affiliate Links”, they rarely offer options without compensation potential for G/O!
