The job thing was my first takeaway but I also wonder who buys the sole car and doesn’t at least discuss it with their spouse? This couple, if they are real to being with, might need more than financial advice.
At least with an HOA, you do have the ability to challenge the bylaws by knowing what they are. This sounds like signing a blank contract and someone fills in the term later...
IIRC the X5 is their best seller which tends to be soccer moms and people who have others to take care of the nuisance issues. So they might not even reply to the surveys. (I’ll throw 7 series in this groups as well.)
There are some technical limitations with performing at the Super Bowl.
So, the Press Tour of Dakota being snarky is just her staying in character? (still don’t think much of her acting...)
When Amazon was still growing, they needed customers to feel they were getting the best deal possible. Low price, fast shipping, easy/generous return policies.
Tends to be older crowd who are not happy with the touch controls and multiple menus to get to simple things. (not an indictment of olds, my folks do just fine by asking a question, reading the damn manual or Googling the problem!)

D.C. doesn’t screw with their speeding cameras. There’s one on 295 just before it merges with 95, where there is ALWAYS construction. Go 3 mph over the 40MPH posted, I promise you will have a ticket for $200 5 days later in your mailbox!
