In addition to making history with the team, the kiss she shared with her wife before taking the stage was a first for the ESPYs.

I wish the shorts were pants, but she still manages to pull it off.

I know planes are fast and everything, but weren’t they all just in NYC up until like, noon Eastern on Wednesday? And the ESPYs are in L.A. at what, 7pm local at the latest? That’s a hell of a turn-around, well done ladies...

i can’t in good conscience approve of adults wearing white socks for anything other than professional games of tennis but she is amazing and loveable so i’m torn

I agree that shorts suits, in general, are not an aesthetic I can get behind.  But I give her an awful lot of credit for wearing a bold, declarative look that wouldn’t work on most people, but that suits her to a T. You can tell when someone feels good about how they look — they just glow. And major props to her hair

The blazer looks amazing; shorts & white socks? Not as much. A+ for effort, but the yellow suit to her right (our left) in the team photo deserves the A+ for execution.

It’s a bold look, it’s unique, it’s a statement look, it’s entirely her own and it’s great that she went all in, but it doesn’t look good. The pleather shorts and the white socks get a big thumbs down from me. I love that she chose to go completely her own way, I don't love what she chose to wear.

When a man has an opportunity to engage in sexual relations with a girl, what is the correct thing to do?

I’ve noticed that people will call their infant sons “little man” but still call their adult daughters “little girl.” Drives me nuts.

My partner caught herself referring to her 12 year old self as looking like an adult and we just stared at each other in silence for a while. It can take a long time to stop holding these beliefs about ourselves and excuse the abuse that we received

Ugh. I have two daughters and you would not believe the fucked up shit I hear (well, you probably would believe it actually).

As a man, it is really fucked up the way other men look at young women, teenage girls, and even young girls. The number of times I have had to tell a coworker (or even just some random guy out somewhere which I have happen) that what they just said was disgusting, go the fuck away. Then I get told that I am being

At 12 I also wore a C cup. A while back, I saw some pictures of me from when I was that age. I thought I looked grown at the time. I looked like child in reality. There was no way the werido older men that would say horrible things to me wouldn’t have known I was a child.

Bless you, my sister (and why is your comment in the grays?) When my daughter was 12, and had started developing a woman’s body, I remember seeing two men, probably in their 20's or early 30's, ogling her and eyeing her body up and down in the food court of our local mall. I was right behind my daughter, but they

This so much brings me back to my grandma’s funeral and my disgusting uncle Glen saying “OOO YOU BETTER WATCH THAT ONE” and pointed at me.

Yesterday someone on MSNBC mentioned that this case is moving into the “Gloria Allred stage.” They did not mean that in any negative way, but to say that now we will start to hear from more and more victims coming forward. Maybe some of them with Ms. Allred at their side — I hope so; she’s tenacious.

As someone who developed early (C cup by age 12, also tall) believe me, I know about men just deciding how much you “owe” them due to your appearance.

They will offer a settlement to her if she gets past summary judgment. They may offer it before that. They don’t want discovery from her while a criminal case is pending. They can’t let him testify if it goes to trial.

I have so much respect for anyone who is willing to come forward. Epstein is a sick sack of shit. The people who associated with him are sick sacks of shit, too. So many of them knew and turned a blind eye to what he was doing. And so many turned a blind eye even after he was convicted.

And the stories of women like

I hope she wins her suit, and a hefty sum at that. The defense is going to absolutely tear her apart if she can’t produce some evidence to corroborate her testimony.
