It’s my understanding that dogs for PTSD fall into somewhat of a gray area. They do perform tasks besides sitting and being comforting but aren’t always and maybe can’t it’s unclear to me be classified as service animals. Probably the designation of service animals needs to be updated.

Service animals have every right to be in the passenger area of a plane. A blind person can’t just have a drink or take a pill like any normal sane person. A soldier with ptsd that has an emotional support animal, yeah...exception.

I think it’s clear that they knew they had a bombshell of a story and made sure all the i’s were dotted and t’s were crossed (because Trump was notoriously litigious).  Why they shelved the story that was so vetted is curious because now they’ve published it, 6+ years later.
