You’re all essentially playing by the same rules, if as Sven notes, they’re all at different levels of power and that would need to be managed with cooporation so someone doesn’t just feel useless and have their own thing.

Akira Yamaoka doing the score, so it’ll also sound really good.
There was literally just recently a story about a guy making tiktoks where he was going around to places demanding they relinquish all the “non-binaries” to his custody. It’s fucking real.
There’s a big difference between “hurting someone’s feelings” and outright being mysogynistic and hateful, my dude. Hate speech has no place in “the public square,” as you so put it.
You mean Sega. Sega owns Atlus, but you might be right. Though I dunno about the protagonist thing being an example, I think the PC port from the beginning is a clear showing that Sega is dragging some of Atlus’ old men into the light.
Who’s gonna tell him
Yeah, as much as I’m on the fence about the show (mostly because of its creator,) I can’t deny that it was truly one of a kind amongst the animation landscape it was made in, and I liked it quite a lot as a kid.
I think they’re more referring to how Ren and Stimpy started off a slew of...how to explain it. “Extreme” cartoons? The ones in particular that focused way more on gross-out humor and fucked-up dark moments, but couldn’t pull it off because, as you noted, they couldn’t match the animation quality and technique of R&S.
Hate raids have been a problem for the last couple of years over on Twitch. If one huge big-name person gets away with doing it, others are going to start (or continue) to hate-raid others, and they’re not kind enough to do it as “just a prank.”
Yeah, this is exactly it. She’s the ONLY person in the top ten Twitch streamers who is a woman. Period. This JiDion dipshit could have gone after ANYONE ELSE, Ninja included, but he chose her, most likely because of her gender.
Hate raids have been a problem with Twitch for pretty much all of 2021, so finding a big-name actor pulling one is a prime opportunity to at least try to set an example. (Well, let’s be honest, to “look” like they’re setting an example anyway, Twitch is a corporation after all.)
I agree with your last statement,…
I think it’s because at its core, LAD is a very basic turn-based system. There’s nothing...more to it like Press Turns/One More, or like Pep in DQ 11. It’s just... one side does damage, the boss does damage to the party, the party heals up and fights back again. It’s just damage back and forth, healing when needed,…
God, the amount of privilege that notion has. “Oh, if my special gets pulled I’ll just do a 10-city tour.”
When you unlock chain battles, another good tip is that you don’t need more than like...maybe 20-30 of any given material. And if you’re fighting everything making sure to keep that chain bonus up and blue, you’re going to be rolling in materials, sometimes up in the 70-90 amounts. Sell that stuff! I never had a…
As someone who worked with these machines (as a restaurant worker, mind you, not as a technician), when they break, they break hard, and yeah those error messages are just gibberish that don’t tell us why the machine has decided to spit the ice cream out as a messy soup.
I would normally agree, but in this particular case there’s a lot more to it that makes this look a lot worse that he did this the way he did.
We need and DESERVE a Nick Arcade stage with transitions.
On the plus side, they ARE doing that for the Dragon Quest 3 remaster, so look forward to that!
Well...except for Cora.
Did you know she was trained by Asari Commandos?
