I agree with you .. lived in Katy-Alief-JV-Greenspoint area and currently near Delmar .... I also agree with Vin that Houston is 5-10 years ahead of any city in that aspect that I’ve been in the last 3-5years other than NewOrleans .... love my city ... lot less angst than you think
