Is the soft serve machine still in the restaurant?

*gasp* You mean…you've dreamed it too…?

NOOOOOOOOO!!!!

As someone who is a huge fan of corndogs, the idea of what a corndog boat would be fills me with strong emotions of hunger.

Good point, but I don't think he's ever been spiteful to be mean (maybe I'm wrong). Art Crawl and L'il Hard Dad were circumstances where he had been wronged and the stakes were a little higher if he lost (Edith would essentially think she had "authority" over his business, he was cheated out of his money) whereas this

I think Louise finally having the courage to admit that she likes Boo Boo, in effect admitting publicly that she has a flaw she would hate in anyone else, is what saves this episode from being a total retread. It's one thing for Louise to admit this to people who love her and aren't going to judge her (something we've

Exactly. This isn't Bob losing the way he did in Family Fracas or in most other altercations with Jimmy. This is Bob actually winning by taking the moral high ground. Even if he wasn't opposed to the plaque in the first place, he would have never milked it for increased business. So Bob has nothing to gain but

They show that she's still putting up the facade of not caring in The Hauntening. Girl's got a rep to maintain. *slap*

Though, for the record, we do know he's a giant, stupid baby. A giant ,stupid baby named Baby Num Num.

I don't think that's what he's saying. In fact, he states that he's not here to rewrite the episode, but only giving an example of how the show could have drawn outside the box a bit with this premise. ("As ever, I’m not saying the episode should have been that specific thing, because I’m not here to rewrite the

I was going to mention that! It was like, hypnotically good animation!

Boom!

I recognize Stand By Gene as a strong episode (there's a strong premise, and the characters are written well), but I think Gene just doesn't do it for me. Stand By Gene was just not very funny to me, though I enjoy seeing the ensemble together. "Winda" was my favorite joke in that episode, though.

I get that the Aloha Pineapple is supposed to be a symbol of everything wrong and in conflict with the moral purity of Bob's devotion to his business but…

It's the funniest Gene's been compared to the episodes that centrally focus on him. He works great when his wierdness is allowed to manifest in non-dire circumstances.

Not the funniest nor funnest episode I've seen, but I thought it was sweet in a way. For example, I think Warren going to war with Bob over ownership would have been predictable and also out of character and sad for the Bob's Burger's Universe. Warren is Bob's "only" friend in that we've established that he's a

Chris Parnell, as noted below, is on Archer, but he's also well known for his long stint on SNL and 30 Rock.

I recall starting sex ed in 4th grade in my public elementary school, so it's not TOO weird to me…

Oh noooooo!
