Sort of.  It’s gerrymandered, but it’s not as awful as some of the other areas.  The problem with Missouri is the concentration of urban voters and rural voters is very stark. I live only about a mile from Kansas City limits however my I’m in a rural district.

In Missouri, we have a dramatic divide between urban/rural. Also, that urban/rural divide is largely a racial one.
