I thought the mustache was on Deb.. Elway noticed it? What nine year old…?

No, but it's the answer that made sense for Hannahs character… she's thoroughly immature. Why does she kill? OH "Because sometimes it's the only way I know how to solve a problem, somebody comes at me, threatens my life." She can't find a new way of dealing with that? Apparently not!

I'm not mocking "everyone on this page." No, I'm being cast as an outcast for expressing an opinion that differs from the prevalent viewpoint on here, the "classy smart page, AV CLUB, the one that does SMART reviews, etc etc etc.". It seems it's you that cant let me be affected by all the snark on here. And yes, I do

It's weird there are all these Breaking Bad comparisons going on.. I cant stand Breaking bad, but I love Dexter.

That's the point. That's what makes Dexter sort of deficient but also… enviable? Nothing seems to affect him for very long. Absolutely nothing. There's an emptiness there. Don't for one moment think it's accidental.. It's always been there, enough to anger the audience if they think about it. That's why I think it

Lol. I like that ending

Yeah. That makes sense.

See below.

Whoever said serial killers were interesting in the first place?

Yeah, well "sock ruh tease" I think most people are glad it didn't end earlier and wish it would go on longer. But I'm so glad you mentioned the problem of a society that listens to the average majority; where the most voices win and shows pander to the largest numbers. That we get quality at all is kind of a miracle.

I'm going to go start hanging out with PLL viewers now.

I've been watching since the beginning. The idea that people deserve a big payoff for their loyalty is ridiculous. In these times Buffy would have been cancelled after two episodes.

"A Dexter Apologist." Now people are coining names for not hating Dexter?

I think the superhero worship started at the beginning; people always seemed to root for this character. I see the same thing going on with Ray Donovan, where people root for this guy who is committing atrocities, but they don't see it that way because they are watching a show from Rays perspective, just like here

Once again, all you notice is semantics.
Of everything I mentioned, that's the one thing you think to respond to?!

You guys are being too hard on this show… It's the end, why not spend the last bit enjoying what's left instead of pointing your finger and screaming at the TV? I have no problem with critique, I just read sooo many negative comments tonight about Dexter on this site, everybody thinking they sound so clever.. Could it

Alll these ppl talking about the thematic purpose! I'm super upset Etta died. Last episode I was wondering if she was a good enough actress— but Damnit, she was all the time Olivia and Peter didnt get to spent having what they wanted, all the time Etta spent mourning not meeting her parents, all that lost time just to
