Is it just me, or was this drawn by a high school kid? The windows and rearview mirrors are squashed. It appears to have 23-inch, sort of 5-spoke, asymetrical wheels with 5mm profile tires.

@Turbineguy - now with reheat!!: No words are possible. I'm speechless.
@brandegee: Wow. That's actually true.
Makes me kind of ill to see this. This Countach replica is the one I built in the 90s. Not the model—this exact car. I recognize little indicators in the way only an obsessed car-builder can.
@weatherman: Mussttt buyyy iPhonnne...
I've seen the "unexpected veering" problem exhibited many times by Volkswagen Jettas. I'll be driving in traffic and a Jetta will unexpectedly veer right in front of other cars repeatedly. It must be accidental, since I never see a turn signal.
@Baby beater Benz: Textured, for her pleasure.
He'd make an excellent politician. I think I'll vote for him.
I'm conflicted. I need to study these photos for a while to come up with a well-reasoned opinion.
@vf34wrx: Nazi = Nationalsozialismus = National Socialist party of Germany. This isn't a subjective pejorative—it's a straight translation from German. The Nazis were the national socialist party.
@Old Grimey- The Original Automotive Sadomasochist!: Yup. They've moved on.
Nearly libertarian, literate car nuts. I knew there was a reason I loved this site.
@DoctorNine: Actually, yes, according to the appallingly bad sequels.
@mytdawg: Yeah, this thing is irrationally cool. The only thing that would make it better is a dog (of war?) like that.
@rufusmacblorf: Gah. I'm too stupid to upload pictures correctly.
The woman clearly deserves an auto with double turbonators.
@FrankGrimes: I looked at the Ebay listing. The Carfax report gives it a score of 89 and completely fails to note that the car had a horrible accident with a septic tank truck.
Wow, great story. Makes me proud to be a former Fiero nut.
@Jon: It used to be in Vancouver at Beaches Restaurant. Now it's in Portland at PIR. It's a big event with hundreds of cars of all types—some old, some new and some completely ridiculous. You could bring almost any car, as long as it's interesting.
