The whole process reminds me of the hard-core Settlers of Catan bargaining that go on at our house on game night. Only with much more epic results. Except that time our friend cornered the market on sheep, and then had us pay actual money to get any for building. #drunkenbrawl

When you're fasting, your body does go into starvation mode and hordes any calories you have to be used as fat. Some fat gets lost this way, but mainly it puts stress on the other parts of your body and you lose muscle, which weighs more than the fat you're gaining. I overeat and had to take a bunch of fasting tests…
