@Agrippa: You make plenty of good points here; I guess I am a bit wishy washy when it comes to these things (Star Trek: TNG was my first serious sci-fi show I followed when I was younger, early high-school).

People are still laughing, won't be built anytime soon.

I wonder who would win at basketball, Bayonetta (8 feet I think according to some funny chart that was posted on Kotaku a while back) or Alien (aren't they quite tall?)?

I had problems with The Last Exorcism with the really silly twist at the end. Splice was actually pretty damn bad from my POV, the sex scene felt tacked on, and the acting from the female lead (forgot her name) was annoying at best.

@Agrippa: But exterminating other species wouldn't give any benefit to the invaders with such advanced technology.

Hmm, if an alien civilization were to be that advanced, wouldn't mass invasions be a waste of resources and time for them? If they are that advanced, might as well make their own planets or even Dyson spheres.

Eh, it wasn't really that epic as I was hoping it would be.

@OkayOctane: Yeah, sorry for the confusion there. I did mean the actual parents looking after their kids, not the schemes on electronics.

@John_Gault: No, there isn't. But that isn't the first thing I would buy if I had a kid myself. A responsible parent wouldn't buy any M-rated game for their 10 year old kid.

Now playing

@OkayOctane: Yes, there are parents out there who DO take responsibility. But I can't tell how often I see parents buy their kids M rated games at retail stores, even where it says M on the damn box.

There is no such thing a Parental Control anymore.

Is this tv more likely to be an edge-lit rather than local-dimming LED lighting?

Why the hell did I think of an enema kit when I first looked at the photo?

@Dr. What?: That was fucking awesome!

Is the manga for LovePlus any good?
