How is a 16K repair reasonable? That is 1/3 of the cars price, maybe half now that it is used. I would not be surprised if an insurance company would consider the vehicle a total loss instead of repairing it.

It’s not up my alley either but all the clients I have spoken to absolutely love it.  I think these designers don’t design what they like, they design what sells.
