Well it depends on what you compare it to. I was actually surprised by the 2018. Yeah, it’s no BMW and it still felt like a Camry but an upgrade from the blandness of the previous one. I have not driven the Acura but it seems like the write up makes them seem like a close comparison.

I just drove the 2018 Camry XSE v6 and it’s sticker was just shy of 37k. It was hard to feel all the 301 horses but I did’t push it that hard. If I remember correctly it had one less gear too. I think even a full size Mercedes pick up would not sell to well here. I know they are not on the same level but think back on the Lincoln LT, the Blackwood and the Hummer H2 SUT. Those were not exactly flying of the lots and they were only around for a few years.
