Whenever I’m browsing real estate photos I cringe at the though that I’d have to tear up a really expensive/adequate kitchen because I don’t like the HGTV aesthetic. Of course people remodel the kitchen in order to sell the house but having a kitchen that’s already HGTV-ized is offputting.
This isn’t and was never about Harry Potter. This aspect of the joke is barely relevant.
