I think the ending against the smoke monster is what ruined it for so many people. I really enjoyed everything else about the film, especially that comic style, but the ending was a mess.

I enjoyed it. I thought they captured the "on the run" aspect and Gen. Ross' obsessiveness pretty well. It wasn't super-deep, but I thought it was solid.

Agreed, Cap 2 and 3 set the precedent for heroes crossing their smaller franchises. There's no reason we can't have a Hulk movie with another big star.

How smart is the Leader? Well he's smart enough to trick Mephisto, the literal devil of the Marvel Universe, into agreeing to giving the Leader control of Hell should Mephisto double cross him.

No I thought the Incredible Hulk was great, would have liked to see what Norton could have done with it beyond the 1 movie...But then again anything would have been better than the god awful 2003 Hulk movie

Ugh, this would be so easy to do: Make it like fight club, only instead of, y'know, Norton and Pitt you have Ruffalo & Hulk. You never know which one is actually in control at that moment in time. Have him battle Maestro. Jennifer Walters pops up trying to help out her cuz gets smashed by Big Bad & get a transfusion.…
