I remember reading a list a few years ago (not on io9, to be fair) where Batman Begins was ranked the number one comic book movie of all time. Now it doesn't even make it on the list. So I have to agree.

Spider-Man 2 is definitely overrated. Doctor Octopus dies?? Isn't he one of the most pervasive villains? And the angsty Mary Jane love story is obnoxious over every movie.
